Wayland Turkey Farm Tour April 23, 2020 Stephanie Miller is a turkey farmer from Wayland. Along with her husband Josh and four boys, the family raises and markets 48,000 turkeys each year. They are passionate about caring for the livestock and turning challenges into opportunities. In this virtual farm tour, Stephanie takes you inside a modern brooder barn to see two-week-old turkey poults and a grow out barn to with 10-week-old turkeys. You’ll learn how farmers use technology every day to regulate barn temperature, air flow, feed and water use, and to monitor turkey health.
