Recipe from Cristen Clark, Food & Swine
- 1 (8 oz.) package BelGioioso sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons basil pesto
- 7 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
On a platter, arrange 14 slices of fresh mozzarella. Add a teaspoon of basil pesto on top, then neatly press a cherry tomato half, cut side down, onto the pesto. Drizzle balsamic reduction on top of the caprese buttons immediately prior to serving.
